The melters are made of stainless steel, and their heating system uses electricity to bring water to a boil, turning it into steam. The steam then passes through a perforated basket, melting the wax. Pure wax subsequently flows from the tank through the perforated base and piping into a wax mold, while any impurities remain inside the perforated basket. Melting wax with electricity is a practical and economical solution. The steam generator has a power output of approximately 2 kW, and there is the option to use more generators if needed.
