Plastic Wax Melter Mellarius with Steam Generator and Stainless Steel Sieve

Quality plastic wax melter that is affordably priced. The plastic container made of thermoplastic can withstand high temperatures. This container is connected to an improved Mellarius steam generator operating at 220 to 240 V / 50 Hz / 2200 W. The steam generator produces steam that melts the wax from the comb. This wax melter also includes a stainless steel sieve for the bottom of the container, which needs to be purchased separately with other models. Leave the comb in the frames as you would when melting in a solar wax melter. This saves you the work of cutting out the combs.

Instructions for use: Open the screw at the water inlet, pour in 3 liters of water and tighten the screw back. Secure the hose to the device and the other end to the opening in the plastic container. Plug the device's electrical cord into an outlet. Wait 30 to 40 minutes until the wax flows out. Then disconnect the generator from the outlet and carefully open the lid of the plastic container. Be careful of escaping steam. Gradually remove the melted frames with the rendered comb and clean them while still warm. Stack new frames for melting in the plastic container and refill the device with water. Three liters of water take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to heat up. This time can be shortened by using hot water. This amount of water is sufficient for about 50 minutes of device operation. We recommend using distilled water to prevent limescale buildup and subsequent damage to the generator. Try the plastic electric wax melter.

When filling and emptying water from the device, the device must be unplugged from electricity. Due to the danger of burns from hot steam, always wait 2 minutes before opening the top screw. The device automatically turns off when there is insufficient water. If this happens, immediately add cold water and the device will automatically turn on again. You should prevent complete water evaporation by using a timer, for example. In case of malfunction, turn off the generator, check the water level, check if the steam hose is not clogged, and check the power supply.

The height of the plastic container is 55 cm. The internal height under the lid is 51.5 cm. The lower internal diameter is 38 cm and the upper internal diameter is 46 cm.
