4-frame honey extractor, tangential, electric 12V/230V Ø500mm – CLASSIC LINE
Electric Tangential Honey Extractor for 4 Frames – Stainless Steel (Classic Line)
Want to extract honey faster and without unnecessary effort? The four-frame tangential honey extractor Classic Line with electric drive is a reliable choice for small to medium-scale beekeepers. Compared to a manual honey extractor, it significantly reduces work effort, speeds up extraction, and thanks to its compact dimensions, it's easy to handle even in smaller apiary spaces – it passes through narrow doors without problems.

Faster Extraction, Less Work for Your Hands
The heart of the device is a 250 W electric motor that takes the heavy work off your hands. While the extractor is running, you can continuously proceed with uncapping additional combs, thus shortening the time needed to extract the entire harvest. Smooth speed control allows for gradual start-up – gentle even on heavy combs, with less risk of comb damage. The motor in the lower part contributes to stability during operation.
230 V and 12 V Power Supply for Stationary and Migratory Beekeeping
Do you extract at home, in the apiary, or directly at the bee yard without an outlet? This model offers practical flexibility: it can be powered from 230 V mains or from a 12 V car battery. This makes it ideal for migratory beekeeping or fieldwork.
Stainless Steel and Hygienic Processing for Food-Grade Operation
The drum and basket are made of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel (0H18N9) with food contact certification. The 50 cm diameter drum has a conical bottom that directs honey directly to the stainless steel gate valve – the flow is smooth and without unnecessary losses. Smooth walls and thoughtful construction make cleaning after extraction easier. The legs and support bar are powder-coated for higher resistance to abrasion and corrosion.
Safe Operation and Convenient Extraction Monitoring
The transparent lid made of 3mm plexiglass allows you to keep the extraction process under control at all times without having to open the extractor. A safety switch is included, which stops the motor when the lid is opened. The package also includes PVC pads for vibration dampening during uneven basket loading – operation is more stable and quieter.
Frame Compatibility and Gentle Tangential Extraction
The basket with cassette dimensions of 28 × 45 cm is suitable for a range of common frame sizes, including Langstroth (full depth) or Dadant 39×24. The tangential system means that frames are positioned sideways to the circumference during extraction – to extract both sides, frames need to be manually turned. However, this method is very gentle on combs and handles even thicker honey well, as it minimizes the risk of comb breakage.
