This four-frame tangential honey extractor with electric drive is designed for small and medium beekeepers, as well as for demanding hobby beekeepers. The transition from manual drive to electric means significant savings in time and physical effort. Working with this honey extractor is smooth, fast and very comfortable. Thanks to fine speed regulation, you have the entire extraction process fully under control, which helps protect combs from damage. The 250 W electric motor is located in the lower part of the honey extractor (bottom drive), which increases the stability of the device and at the same time operator safety.

The entire construction is adapted to the requirements of modern beekeeping. All parts that come into contact with honey are made of food-grade stainless steel resistant to acids. The conical bottom of the drum ensures smooth and complete honey flow to the bottom stainless steel gate valve, so it is not necessary to tilt the honey extractor when draining.

Universal solution for various frame sizes

A great advantage of this model is its versatility. The honey extractor is suitable for most commonly used frames in the Czech Republic and abroad, so you don't have to worry about changing the hive system. The basket is designed to easily accommodate larger frames, or allow insertion of two smaller frames into one cassette.

The honey extractor is suitable for example for:

• Frame sizes 39 × 17, 39 × 24, 39 × 27.5 and 39 × 30

• All Langstroth variants (from 137 to 285, including L159, L185 and L232)

• Optimal 42 × 17 and 42 × 27.5

• Dadant, Czechoslovak 37 × 30 and other common dimensions

• Smaller frames (e.g. 39 × 15, 39 × 17 or Langstroth 159) can be inserted two pieces into one cassette and thus increase the performance of one extraction cycle.

Dual power supply for honey house and migratory beekeeping

The modern control unit SDD-2DP allows operation of the honey extractor both from regular electrical network 230 V and from car battery 12 V. Thanks to this, this honey extractor is ideal not only for home extraction in the apiary, but also for migratory beekeepers who need to work directly at the apiary site without access to electrical power.

Safety and comfort during extraction

When designing the honey extractor, emphasis was also placed on operator safety. The transparent plexiglass lid allows monitoring of the extraction process without the risk of contact with moving parts. The equipment also includes a safety fuse that automatically stops the motor when the lid is opened.

For quiet operation without excessive vibrations, PVC pads (SOFT) under the legs are supplied with the honey extractor. These help dampen noise and increase stability especially when extracting unevenly capped combs.
