The entire construction is adapted to the requirements of modern beekeeping. All parts that come into contact with honey are made of food-grade stainless steel resistant to acids. The conical bottom of the drum ensures smooth and complete honey flow to the lower stainless steel gate valve, so there is no need to tilt the extractor during draining.

• All Langstroth variants (from 137 to 285, including L159, L185, and L232)

• Optimal 42 × 17 and 42 × 27.5

• Dadant, Czechoslovak 37 × 30, and other common dimensions

• Smaller frames (e.g., 39 × 15, 39 × 17, or Langstroth 159) can be inserted two at a time into one cassette, thus increasing the output of one extraction cycle.

Dual Power Supply for Honey House and Migratory Beekeeping

The modern SDD-2DP control unit allows the honey extractor to operate both from standard mains power 230 V and from a car battery 12 V. Thanks to this, this honey extractor is ideal not only for home extraction in the honey house, but also for migratory beekeepers who need to work directly at the apiary site without access to electricity.

Safety and Comfort During Extraction

Safety of operation was also emphasized in the design of the honey extractor. The transparent plexiglass lid allows monitoring of the extraction process without risk of contact with moving parts. The equipment also includes a safety fuse that automatically stops the motor when the lid is opened.

For quiet operation without excessive vibrations, PVC pads (SOFT) for the legs are supplied with the honey extractor. These help dampen noise and increase stability, especially when extracting unevenly capped combs.
