Before starting, fill the tank with water up to the level of the drain opening. Place whole frames, cut-out old comb, or reasonable amounts of drone comb and brace comb into the inner basket. Close the melter with the lid and ignite the gas burner positioned beneath the renderer. Once steam is generated, the wax will gradually begin to release and flow through the outlet into a prepared container. After melting is complete, remove the frames, clear any remaining cocoon residues, and check the water level before the next batch. For easier maintenance, we recommend cleaning the melter while it is still warm so that it is ready for the next use.
