5-frame honey extractor, diagonal Langstroth electric 12V/230V Ø600mm – CLASSIC LINE
Honey extractor with a small drum diameter, containing 5 Wielkopolska frames inside the basket. A characteristic feature of diagonal honey extractors is the need to invert the frames.
Electric Tangential Honey Extractor for 5 Frames (12/230 V) – Stainless Steel
Do you want to simplify honey extraction and have full control over the honey spinning process? This five-frame tangential honey extractor with electric drive is a practical choice for small to medium-sized operations. You'll appreciate the modern control unit with manual stepless speed regulation, which allows you to easily adjust the speed according to the type of comb, capping, and current firmness of the comb. A major advantage is also the dual power supply – the extractor can be operated both from 230 V mains power and from a 12V car battery (or via transformer). This is particularly useful at locations without electrical connection, in honey houses, or during migratory beekeeping.

Gentle Extraction and Smooth Operation During Honey Harvesting
During extraction, imbalance often occurs due to different amounts of honey in the combs, which in ordinary extractors leads to vibrations and reduced working comfort. This model from the CLASSIC LINE series is therefore equipped as standard with damping pads made of softened PVC (SOFT), which effectively absorb vibrations and contribute to more stable and quieter operation. The basket is designed with protection of the bee comb in mind – it is welded from solid acid-resistant stainless steel bars with 20 × 20 mm mesh, which helps reduce the risk of comb damage during rotation. Tangential (diagonal) arrangement means that frames need to be manually turned to extract both sides; thanks to the suitable drum height and good ergonomics, handling is quick and comfortable.
Stainless Steel Construction, Hygiene and Operator Safety
The drum with an outer diameter of 64 cm is made of polished acid-resistant stainless steel (0H18N9), which meets food contact requirements and is easy to keep clean. The conical, reinforced bottom supports smooth honey flow toward the stainless steel gate valve (6/4"), so bottling is fast and without unnecessary residue. Safe operation is ensured by a transparent cover made of durable acrylic glass (plexiglass) – you can always see the extraction process, but without contact with the spinning basket. There is also a safety lock against accidental opening of the lid during operation. The top rail and stand legs are treated with quality powder coating for longer life.
Compatibility with Common Frame Sizes
The extractor is designed universally for a wide range of commonly used frames. Frames are inserted vertically into the basket measuring 27.5 × 45 cm, with sufficient space above and below the basket for comfortable handling. You can extract without problems Czech frames 39 × 15, 39 × 17 and 39 × 24, also Optimal 42 × 17, and Langstroth system frames with top bar lengths of 137, 159, 185, and 232.
