These machines have two functions. They are designed to carry out the process of creaming and melting set honey. These device are also equipped with a temperature controller, preventing the honey from overheating.

Automatic honey creaming device with 50-liter capacity (approx. 70 kg of honey) is a reliable solution for beekeepers who want to produce smooth creamed honey in stable quality or gently liquefy crystallized stocks.

Why offer creamed honey to customers?

After extraction, honey is liquid, but especially floral honeys have a natural tendency to crystallize quickly. During normal crystallization, a hard mass with coarser crystals often forms, which is harder to scoop and spread. Creaming is controlled crystallization, thanks to which honey gains:

  • smooth, creamy consistency that doesn't drip from bread,

  • smooth texture without unpleasant coarse crystals,

  • higher added value (especially popular with families with children).

The result is honey with "creamy" texture – without chemicals, only thanks to gentle mechanical stirring.

Automatic operation: no manual stirring

Manual stirring is no longer needed. The control unit takes care of operation, automatically alternating work and rest intervals so that crystals are continuously broken down and honey is mixed throughout the entire volume of the container:

15 minutes stirring / 1 hour pause

The cycle repeats automatically. Specially shaped stainless steel stirrer ensures uniform mixing from bottom to surface. After several days (depending on honey type and temperature) you get creamed honey ready for filling into jars.

Two functions in one: creaming and decrystallization

A significant advantage is the integrated heating (heating jacket) with temperature control 30–55 °C. Thanks to this, you can use the device flexibly throughout the entire season:

  1. Creaming: easily maintain suitable temperature for controlled crystallization even in cooler rooms.

  2. Liquefying (decrystallization): after turning off the stirring time interval, the device functions as a large-capacity decrystallizer. Honey is heated gently and safely, without risk of overheating (thanks to thermostat) – suitable even for approx. 70 kg of honey.

Stainless steel design for food operation

The container and structural parts are made of food-grade stainless steel (acid-resistant steel OH18N9). The material is hygienic, durable and easy to clean. Draining is facilitated by stainless steel gate valve 6/4", which can handle even thicker creamed honey.
