Fulfillment of the information obligation in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR (Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and cancellation directive 95/46/EC - hereinafter referred to as the "General Regulation") = INFORMATION ON HOW WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS.

For direct marketing, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest when you we can offer our other goods.

B. For the purposes of your purchase of our goods

When ordering our goods via web form, we record your personal data that you personally enter into order form.

This is your personal data: name and surname, address, delivery address, telephone, email. In case, that you are ordering for a natural person doing business, so also the first and last name natural business persons, registered office address, IČO and VAT number. In case you are have chosen payment by bank transfer, we will also process the number bank account from which your payment came.

We process your personal data on based on these legal titles:

• Performance of contract (fulfilment of the obligation from the purchase contract),
• Legal Obligation (accounting and tax records),
• Legitimate interest (direct marketing and finding your satisfaction with the purchase in our e-shop through the Heureka.cz portal).

For the purpose of processing your personal data data is: Accepting and processing orders for our goods, implementation obligation from the purchase contract, complaints process, archiving in accordance with the general binding legal regulations, accounting and tax records, direct marketing.

How long will we keep yours? personal data

Your personal data, as subscribers, we will process according to Act No. 235/2004 Coll. on VAT, i.e. 10 years from the end of of which tax period.
