Its drum made of solid clear acrylic glass provides a perfect view of the honey being spun out of the combs. Precision construction and hygienic materials
The Mellarius ProLine honey extractor is based on a proven German design and uses high-quality components also known from extractor brands such as H. Holtermann, C. Fritz, Logar, and Biene Ruck. The outer drum with a diameter of 40 cm is made of durable transparent acrylic glass, while the internal parts are made of premium food-grade stainless steel. The materials used ensure long service life, easy maintenance, and hygienic contact with honey.
The extractor includes a plastic honey gate that can be easily unscrewed and thoroughly cleaned. Upon request, the extractor can also be supplied with a stainless steel honey gate.
Easy operation and wide frame compatibility
The manual drive with a large crank and integrated brake allows smooth honey extraction and precise control of the basket speed. Operating the extractor is comfortable and effortless, even during regular honey harvesting. The basket measuring 25 × 45 cm is designed for a range of commonly used frame sizes, making the extractor a versatile solution for smaller beekeeping operations as well as demonstration honey extractions.
