Do you need a honey extractor that will significantly speed up extraction while remaining gentle on the comb? This stainless steel tangential honey extractor from the premium series combines proven construction with a modern drive solution. Thanks to the combination of electric and manual operation, it is suitable for both honey houses and apiaries or migratory locations without reliable electricity supply. It is ideal for small to medium operations where you will appreciate professional performance, time savings, long service life, and safe handling of combs.

Freedom of Work Thanks to Electric and Manual Drive

The main advantage of the extractor is flexibility and smooth speed control. The drive is powered by a 250 W / 24 V electric motor, which is located in the lower part of the construction for stability and better center of gravity. The controller can be powered from 230 V mains or from a 12 V (DC) car battery – a practical solution especially for migratory beekeeping. When there is a power outage or you want to extract completely independently, simply use the manual crank with brake on the top rail. Thanks to quality bearings, the transmission runs smoothly and operation remains comfortable even during longer work.

Universal Basket and Gentle Extraction Without Breaking Combs

The basket is made of stainless steel acid-resistant rods with a dense 20 × 20 mm mesh, which helps protect combs from breaking even at higher speeds. The internal basket space of 27.5 × 45 cm accommodates a wide range of common frame sizes. There is enough space above and below the basket, so you can easily insert Langstroth frames vertically. As standard, you can extract frames 39×17, 39×24, 39×27.5, all Langstroth heights (137 to 232), Optimal (42×17 and 42×27.5), Dadant and others. Note: With tangential extractors, frames need to be manually turned to extract both sides.

Stainless Steel Construction and Emphasis on Honey Hygiene

All parts that come into contact with honey are made of premium stainless steel acid-resistant steel (0H18N9) meeting high hygienic requirements. The drum with an internal diameter of 600 mm has a conical bottom, thanks to which honey flows quickly and cleanly to the robust stainless steel outlet valve (⌀ 6/4"). External structural elements are coated with typical red paint and safety is enhanced by a transparent acrylic (plexiglass) lid, which allows control of extraction throughout the entire process.

Stability During Operation, Operating Comfort and Warranty

Frames often differ in weight depending on honey stores, which can cause vibrations during rotation. Therefore, anti-vibration pads made of soft PVC are included in the delivery, which improve stability and increase comfort and work safety. The extractor is manufactured in the EU, meets CE requirements and is supplied with a 24-month warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service and good availability of spare parts are a matter of course – the extractor thus represents a long-term investment for every beekeeper.
