It is suitable for small to medium batches and helps maintain the proper consistency so that honey meets strict quality requirements. Thanks to the gentle process and the possibility of connection with your existing equipment, the honey retains its natural aroma and valuable substances that your customers value.
How Does the Cascade Dryer Work?
Dehumidification takes place simply and under control. Honey with higher moisture content (which we recommend gently warming beforehand for better flow) flows slowly down through a six-stage cascade, where uniform water evaporation occurs. The necessary dry air is provided by a connected dehumidifier that operates in a closed circuit. The processed honey then flows directly into your prepared collection container (not included in this set). This process continuously removes moisture without negative impact on honey quality.
