Automatic frame turning without work interruption

The main advantage of this honey extractor is the reversible (cassette) system. Frames placed in cassettes automatically flip according to the drum rotation direction. This eliminates the need to stop the extractor and manually turn frames. Extraction runs smoothly, quickly and gently on the comb, significantly reducing the risk of comb damage.

Wide Frame Size Compatibility

The basket and cassette construction (depth 44 cm × width 34 cm) allows use of most common frame dimensions. The extractor is therefore suitable for mixed operations and beekeepers who work with multiple hive systems.

Supported frame sizes:
39×17, 39×24, 39×27.5, 39×30, all Langstroth variants (137–285), Optimal 42×17 and 42×27.5, Dadant, Czechoslovak 37×30 and others.

Advantage for Langstroth 2/3: Thanks to high capacity, up to 8 Langstroth 2/3 frames (159 mm) can be inserted into the extractor simultaneously. This significantly increases efficiency when extracting shallow supers and saves your time during the main honey flow.

Clear Controls and Field Power Supply Option

The extractor is equipped with a modern control unit HE-01U, which combines automatic operation with manual setting options. The controls are intuitive and clear, suitable even for less experienced beekeepers.

Available are 2 manual programs (rotation right and left) and 1 fully automatic program, which ensures complete extraction of both sides of the frame without operator intervention. A total of up to 9 preset cycles can be used with the ability to adjust speed and motor start-up length.

A great advantage is dual power supply. The extractor can operate on both 230 V in the honey house and on 12 V from a car battery directly at the apiary site. This is especially appreciated by migratory beekeepers. (Warning: for 12 V power supply, use only a car battery or original Lysoň transformer – common car chargers are not suitable and may damage the electronics.)

Safe Operation, Easy Maintenance and Stability

The extractor shell is made from food-grade stainless steel (acid-resistant steel 0H18N9), which meets hygiene requirements and allows easy cleaning after each extraction. The transparent metaplex lid allows process monitoring without opening.

Safety is ensured by an automatic lid safety switch, which immediately stops the motor when the extractor is opened during operation. The delivery also includes PVC anti-vibration pads (Soft), which dampen vibrations and ensure stable and quiet operation even with unevenly capped frames.
