Honey Extractor 4-frame Reversible Ø 800 mm (12 V/230 V) – Optima Line

Do you need a honey extractor that speeds up extraction while significantly relieving you from constant manual turning of frames? This four-frame reversible (cassette) honey extractor from the Optima line is designed for medium-sized beekeepers who want to work efficiently, cleanly and without unnecessary effort. Thanks to the option of 230 V and 12 V power supply, it is suitable both for the honey house and for migratory beekeeping sites.

Extraction Comfort: Reversible Cassettes Do the Work for You

The main advantage is the reversible cassette mechanism. When the basket rotation direction changes, the cassettes automatically flip over, so there is no need to remove and turn the frames manually. The result is smoother work, less time at the extractor and faster processing of the honey harvest.

Operation is managed by the HE-01U control unit, which offers manual modes and an automatic program – which monitors the extraction of both sides of the frame without your assistance.

Wide Frame Size Compatibility

The spacious basket with cassettes measuring 44 × 31 cm is a practical advantage when working with different frame sizes. You can comfortably place most commonly used frames in the extractor without complicated adjustments:

• Czech classic: 39×17, 39×24, 39×27.5 and 39×30.
• World standards: Langstroth (heights 137–285 mm), Dadant.
• Other sizes: Optimal (42×17 and 42×27.5), Czechoslovak (37×30).

12 V/230 V Power Supply: For the Apiary and On-site

Whether you extract at home or directly at the bee yard, you can choose the power source according to the situation. The 280 W motor is located in the lower part, which contributes to stability during operation. The extractor can be powered from 230 V mains or from a 12 V car battery. The necessary connection accessories are included in the delivery.

Note: When operating on 12 V, use exclusively a car battery or original transformer to prevent damage to the control unit.

Stainless Steel, Safety and Easy Cleaning

The drum is made of high-quality stainless steel 0H18N9 suitable for food contact. The conical bottom facilitates honey drainage and together with the stainless steel 6/4" gate valve simplifies bottling and subsequent cleaning.

For safe operation, the extractor is equipped with a transparent plexiglass lid with a safety switch – when the lid is opened, the motor stops immediately.

Also included are PVC pads (Soft), which dampen vibrations when extracting poorly balanced frames and help maintain quieter, smoother operation.
