Radial Honey Extractor P90 with Inverter and Automatic Control, Top Drive – Classic Line

Speed up honey extraction, streamline work in your honey house, and save time and effort. The radial honey extractor allows you to extract large quantities of frames at once, and thanks to the radial arrangement, you obtain honey from both sides of the comb without turning frames or changing the basket's rotation direction. This type of extractor is an ideal choice for larger beekeepers and professional operations that work primarily with one or two frame sizes. The P90 can become the reliable "heart" of your honey house – with emphasis on speed, hygiene, and smooth operation.

Solid and Safe Construction for Years of Operation

The extractor drum is made of high-quality stainless acid-resistant steel. Sheet metal with a thickness of 0.6 mm ensures the necessary strength and resistance to mechanical stress and chemical influences. The stainless steel surface is a matter of course for food processing operations – honey remains clean and the entire machine is easy to maintain. The drum with a height of 640 mm is fitted in the lower part with a robust stainless steel discharge valve 6/4", making honey draining fast and convenient.

The inner basket is welded from stainless steel rods (Ø 8 and Ø 6 mm). The profiled rings are designed so that frames are held securely in place during extraction, preventing them from falling out or deforming. For smooth, fluid, and quiet operation without unwanted vibrations, the basket is mounted on bearings in both the upper and lower parts.

Operator safety and control over the extraction process is ensured by a transparent cover made of 4mm plexiglass. It allows you to monitor the process without opening the extractor – minimizing the risk of contact with the rotating basket and the possibility of unintended honey contamination.

Automatic Control for Faster Honey Extraction

A great advantage is the automatic HE-02 control with inverter and powerful 0.55 kW motor. The extractor works for you while you can focus on uncapping more frames or preparing the next batch. The control offers 8 programs: the first two are for manual mode, the third is a factory-set automatic program, and programs 4 to 8 can be customized according to your own needs. Each program consists of 7 steps, where you can set time, speed, and rotation direction. The seventh step always ensures safe completion of extraction.

Capacity and Frame Compatibility

The radial honey extractor with a drum diameter of 900 mm offers high capacity and is ready for intensive honey extraction. Depending on the design and frame width, it holds approximately 30–36 frames 39×24. Capacity for other frame sizes:
