We present the electric radial honey extractor from the Classic Line series by the renowned manufacturer Lyson. Thanks to the large drum diameter of 1000 mm, it is an excellent choice for beekeepers with a larger number of colonies who want to speed up and simplify honey harvesting. The radial basket arrangement allows you to insert a high number of frames at once and extract honey from both sides of the comb without the need for manual turning. The result is significant savings in time and effort in the honey house.
High Performance and Gentle Extraction
Radial honey extractors are among the most efficient solutions for fast extraction. In this model, the large basket radius contributes to the uniform action of centrifugal force on the combs, which helps prevent deformation and damage to the beeswax. The combs thus remain in good condition and are ready for the next honey flow. The construction without moving cassettes also reduces maintenance requirements and supports long equipment life.
Automatic Control for Convenient Operation
Operation is ensured by a modern control unit (inverter with automatic regulation), with which you have full control over the extraction process. There are 8 programs available: the first two are for manual mode with rotation direction selection, the third is a factory-set automatic program, and programs 4–8 can be customized according to your procedures. Each cycle can be set in detail in up to 7 steps (time, speed, direction), so you can handle even thicker honeys and different types of frames.
Stainless Steel Construction and Safe Operation
Hygiene is essential when working with honey, which is why all parts in contact with honey are made of food-grade acid-resistant stainless steel (0H18N9). The drum wall has a thickness of 0.6 mm, the solid bottom 0.8 mm. The bottom drive is provided by an electric motor with a power of 0.55 kW, mounted in a robust construction with bearings for smooth operation. Safety is ensured by a protective switch that automatically stops rotation when the transparent plexiglass lid is lifted. For better stability during extraction (for example with asymmetrically capped combs), softened PVC pads for the extractor legs are also included in the delivery.

The honey extractor is supplied as custom-made production directly from Lyson, so that the basket exactly matches the frame size used in your apiary. When ordering, we therefore need to know the exact frame dimensions according to which the design will be adapted. Please fill out this document and send it to our email address. The honey extractor is manufactured in the EU, comes with a 24-month warranty, and we provide complete warranty and post-warranty service including spare parts. For smoother work during honey harvesting, we recommend supplementing the honey house equipment with an uncapping table and, if needed, a stainless steel settling or bottling tank.
