Creaming device with power of 370 W / 230 V for creaming honey. Very powerful, popular device among beekeepers, with capacities sufficient for all common beekeepers. This model is an improvement over similar products with an integrated timer in the motor. Also, the stand and all other components are made of stainless steel, making maintenance very simple. The device is delivered packaged, its installation is easy and almost anyone can handle it. The creaming propeller/spiral/prism and containers for creamed honey are not included with the device. Therefore, we recommend purchasing them separately.

Procedure for assembling the device:

  • Remove the motor with gearbox from the arm.
  • Remove the crossbar and unscrew the two pins with wheels.
  • Remove the center screw for securing the crossbar.
  • Screw the wheel with pin to the crossbar using both screws.
  • The crossbar is inserted into the stand, it must be inserted so that the wheel pins are on the bottom side of the crossbar.
  • Now we screw on the second wheel with pin.
  • Place the motor with gearbox on the arm. The clamping head must point downward.
  • Remove the locking screw for vertical movement of the motor along the arm and replace it with a screw with a hand wheel.
  • Insert the profile plug from the front of the arm.
  • Check the overall assembly and test the functionality of the device.

More information and a more detailed description of the device installation can be found in the manual that comes with the device.

Creaming Honey

Honey can be creamed immediately after harvesting. However, it is necessary to perform the so-called "inoculation" of honey. Add 1 kg to 2 kg of already creamed honey to the container with new honey. If we cream in smaller containers, it is sufficient to leave the remains of creamed honey on the propeller/spiral/prism of the creaming machine. The temperature of the creamed honey should be about 25 degrees Celsius.

How to use the honey creaming device:

  • Pour cleaned honey into the container. Remove any foam to make the honey as clean as possible.
  • Immerse the propeller in the honey, it must be deep enough to prevent bubbles from forming.
  • The propeller must not touch the walls of the container.
  • Stir the honey 4 to 6 times a day.
  • Mixing time is approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Cream the honey to the desired consistency so that it can be easily filled into jars.
