Do you want to speed up honey processing while offering customers a premium product with consistent texture? This professional 200-liter honey creaming device is designed for beekeepers who work with larger quantities of honey and don't want to spend hours manually stirring. The powerful stirrer together with an automatic timer controls the entire process for you – you simply fill the container, turn it on, and let the device work. The result is stable, finely creamed honey batch after batch.

Why add creamed honey to your product range?

After extraction, honey is beautifully clear, but over time it naturally crystallizes. During normal crystallization, larger crystals can form that feel coarse and are perceived negatively by some customers. Creaming (controlled crystallization) mechanically breaks down the crystals so they remain very fine. The honey retains its natural properties but gains a long-lasting fine, creamy, and easily spreadable consistency. Creamed honey also drips less, is easier to dispense, and is popular with families with children.

Automatic operation for uniform texture

The device is equipped with a powerful motor (1100 W / 380 V) and a control unit that starts stirring at regular intervals. This alternation of stirring and rest is crucial for proper creaming – the honey is evenly aerated, crystallization proceeds in a controlled manner, and the consistency is smooth.

The factory-set cycle is designed for proven results: 15 minutes of stirring followed by 1 hour of pause. This regime repeats over several days until the honey reaches the desired creamy texture.

Example: during 24 hours, approximately 20 stirring cycles and 19 breaks occur. The intermittent operation helps limit honey heating from friction and promotes the formation of fine crystals. The process is practically unattended – after filling the container, you just check the result and can bottle the honey directly.

Important information about the version without heating

This model is supplied without heating. It is primarily intended for creaming at suitable ambient temperature (crystallization usually works best at 16–18 °C). If you need to use the device also for liquefying already crystallized honey (by controlled heating), we recommend choosing the version with a heated jacket and bottom.
