These machines have two functions. They are designed to carry out the process of creaming and melting set honey. These device are also equipped with a temperature controller, preventing the honey from overheating.

Do you want to expand your product range and offer customers honey that they will quickly fall in love with? Creamed honey is among the most sought-after varieties, especially by families with children – it doesn't drip from bread, spreads excellently, and has a pleasantly smooth, "buttery" consistency. With this professional equipment with a volume of 100 liters (approximately 140 kg of honey), you can handle creaming automatically, comfortably, and with repeatable results.

Why cream honey?

After extraction, honey is usually beautifully clear, but over time it naturally crystallizes. During normal crystallization, larger crystals often form and the honey hardens. Creaming is controlled crystallization – honey is regularly stirred with the help of a stirrer, crystals are mechanically refined, and the mass is lightly aerated until a smooth creamy structure is formed.

Automation that works for you

Manual stirring is a thing of the past. The equipment is powered by a 550 W motor and operation is handled by an automatic control unit C-05, which controls the proven cyclical "stirring – pause" mode. Regular breaks are crucial for quality creaming.

Proven setting from practice:

  • 15 minutes of stirring: the stainless steel propeller gently stirs the honey and breaks up crystals.

  • 1 hour pause: honey rests and the crystal structure stabilizes.

The cycle repeats automatically. During 24 hours, the equipment performs 20 stirring cycles and 19 breaks, so you can focus on work in the apiary or preparing jars while the creamer keeps the process under control.

Food-grade design for long service

The construction is designed for long-term use in operation. The tank and stirring shaft are made of acid-resistant stainless steel – hygienic, taste-neutral, and easy to clean. The outlet is ensured by a stainless steel butterfly valve 6/4", which is suitable even for thicker creamed honey and facilitates filling.

Note: The equipment is primarily designed for creaming. If you also need gentle liquefying/melting of honey, we recommend creaming equipment with a heated jacket and heated bottom.
