Honey Creaming and Liquefying Equipment 70 l – Automatic with Heating (230 V)

Give your honey premium value and offer customers a consistency they'll be happy to return to. This professional stainless steel equipment with a 70-liter capacity is designed for automatic honey creaming (controlled crystallization) and thanks to integrated heating also for gentle liquefying of crystallized honey. It serves beekeepers excellently who want to make work in the apiary and honey house more efficient and achieve consistently smooth, creamy results without constant supervision.

Main Advantages for Beekeepers

  • Two uses in one: The equipment handles both creaming and decrystallization. Thanks to the heating jacket and temperature regulation 30–55 °C, you liquefy honey evenly and gently – without unnecessary overheating that could reduce honey quality.

  • Automatic operation and time savings: The control unit ensures cyclic stirring without the need for operation. Standard setting is 15 minutes stirring / 60 minutes pause, so the equipment works even when you're with the bees or extracting.

  • Creamed honey that sells better: Creamed honey is very popular among customers – it spreads well, doesn't drip and maintains a smooth texture long-term. With this creamer you achieve uniform "buttery" consistency throughout the entire volume.

  • Stainless steel for food use: The container and stirrer are made of acid-resistant stainless steel, which is easy to keep clean and suitable for honey processing.

How Honey Creaming Works

After extraction, honey has a natural tendency to crystallize. Creaming is a controlled process where crystals are broken down into fine structure through continuous stirring. The result is smooth, pearlescent and spreadable honey. The stirrer shape is designed to mix the entire container contents evenly and without "dead" spots.

The equipment turns on the motor at set intervals. Creaming duration usually ranges from several days – depending on honey type, temperature and crystallization speed. If you only need to liquefy honey, you can turn off the stirring timer and use only heating.
