Wax Melter, Water-Based - Lyson 230 V

Beeswax obtained in the apiary can be reused as it is an excellent raw material for further processing. It is most commonly used for making foundation sheets, but you can also make candles or simply resell it in the form of discs. However, to transform contaminated uncapping wax into clean wax, a professional water-based melting device is needed.

Operating the device is relatively simple. Water is poured into the tank up to the upper part of the ball valve. We put pieces of wax into the water and start the melter set at 80 °C. After the wax separation process is complete, we unscrew the bottom ball valve. Contaminated water will flow out through it, and then liquid wax will appear. Then close the bottom valve and place a clean bucket with a strainer under the wax drain valve (at the top). This way we obtain clean liquid wax, which we can set aside for several hours to crystallize or use immediately, e.g., for making candles.

The undeniable advantage of the water melter is that, compared to traditional methods, it can melt larger quantities of beeswax quickly, safely, and easily.
