During their daily work, bees bring pollen to the hives, which is then mixed with honey, enzymes contained in their saliva, and flower nectar. The result of this combination is one of the healthiest bee products. Small, inconspicuous pollen balls are a staple food for bees, just as important as honey. Modern diet also appreciates the value of bee pollen - it is rich in valuable nutrients, vitamins, amino acids, minerals, fats, mineral salts, organic acids, and proteins.

Given these facts, obtaining pure bee pollen is becoming a common practice in both professional and amateur apiaries. During the year, one colony is able to collect up to 40 kg of bee pollen. An essential part of equipment in modern apiaries is a cleaner that serves to separate pollen from impurities.

The cleaner is an innovative solution equipped with a continuously adjustable vibration motor and an impurity separator for effective separation of impurities and pollen. The device is made of stainless steel and powder-coated sheet metal.

Controlled dispensing of cleaned pollen is ensured by an adjustable output channel with a closure. Thanks to the use of the latest technology, the cleaner has an estimated capacity of up to 80 kg of cleaned pollen per hour. It should be emphasized that before cleaning the pollen, thorough drying is necessary.
