Safe Sealing for Long Shelf Life
Quality preservation starts with a reliable lid. Lids from the manufacturer Alians-DN are designed for safe food storage and are suitable for pasteurization at temperatures up to 105 °C. Thanks to the RTS (Regular Twist Stepped) profile and an integrated sealing compound, they help create a firm and airtight seal that protects the jar contents from air exposure and unwanted contamination. Your jams, pickled vegetables, mixed pickles, and sauces will stay tasty and well preserved for longer.
Bulk Packaging Available for Seasonal Canning
This packaging is a practical choice for growers, gardeners, and everyone who processes their harvest in larger quantities. The carton contains 700 lids, so you will have a sufficient supply even during the peak canning season. The lids are suitable for a wide range of uses – from sweet compotes and jams to salty brines, vegetable mixes, or spicy homemade sauces.

Tip for Proper Sealing
For the best results, we recommend briefly warming the lid in warm water at approximately 60 °C before placing it on the jar. The sealing compound will soften and conform better to the jar rim. After sealing and cooling, check whether the center of the lid is slightly concave – this indicates that a proper vacuum has been created and the preserve is safely sealed.
