Sulfur wicks used for disinfecting hives during so-called sulfur fumigation. With the help of these wicks, which are used in a sulfur fumigation lamp, comb, supers, frames or other beekeeping equipment are primarily disinfected. With their help, you can also disinfect equipment for honey handling and storage, such as barrels, containers or larger storage facilities. Sulfur smoke destroys molds and dangerous microorganisms. The package contains paper strips on which sulfur is applied. These strips are hung on wire in the sulfur lamp and ignited. They are usually left to act for a longer time, at least an hour, but usually even two or more hours. Package size is 400 grams.
