Plastic numbers on hive
Plastic Hive Numbers – Red (Set)
Clear hive identification is invaluable in beekeeping. Whether you're recording queen ages, colony strength, honey yields, or health treatments, without clear numbering you can easily get lost in your operation. This set of plastic numerals will help you maintain order in your apiary and at the bee yard and simplify daily work.
Highly Visible and Durable Marking
The numerals are made from strong, durable plastic in dark red color, which provides excellent contrast on light wood as well as on polystyrene hives. You can read the markings quickly even from a greater distance. Unlike marking with permanent markers or paper labels, you don't have to worry about rain, UV radiation, or frost – the numbers maintain their shape and color for a long time.
Practical Set Composition and Quick Installation
The package is assembled with consideration for common colony numbering. You'll find two sets of numerals 0–9 and additionally one extra numeral 1, which is most commonly needed when marking two-digit hives (10, 11, 12…). In total, you get 21 pieces.
Installation is simple: each numeral has pre-drilled holes at the top and bottom, so you can easily attach it with small nails. The marking then holds firmly even when working with supers and during regular apiary handling.
