For disinfection of hives and beekeeping equipment. Contains 20 strips.
Oxalic acid 33%, glycerin 67%. Paper strips saturated with oxalic
acid and glycerin.
Package contains 20 pieces of strips, made from pure paper. The strips serve
as carriers and are saturated with a solution containing 33% oxalic acid dihydrate
(C2H2O4-2H2O) and 67% vegetable glycerin (C3H8O3). The contained glycerin
causes gradual release of oxalic acid and thus prolongs the evaporation time.
Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for consumption. Harmful to health
upon contact with skin. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes / if eyes are
affected, rinse carefully with water and seek medical attention.
When using the product, be very careful and use personal protective equipment.
Use immediately after opening.
Oxalic acid belongs to strong organic acids with chemical formula
C2H2O4. It is a white solid substance. In nature we find it in concentrations in nettle
juice and in many other plants, such as pepper, parsley, poppy, amaranth,
spinach, chard, beet, cocoa.
During handling of strips use protective equipment: rubber gloves, mask with
filter, do not eat, drink or smoke.
