Do you want to make honey extraction more efficient and save time and your back? This electric reversible honey extractor for 6 frames is suitable for medium and larger operations where reliability, hygiene, and comfortable operation are important. Thanks to the reversible cassette system, there is no need to manually turn the frames during extraction – the change of rotation direction and the flipping of the cassettes themselves occurs automatically. This significantly shortens the entire honey extraction process and the work flows more smoothly.

Dual Power Supply for Apiary and Honey House

You will appreciate this model both in stationary beekeeping and during migratory beekeeping. The extractor can be powered from a 230 V mains supply in the honey house or workshop, or from a 12 V source directly in the field (for example, from a car battery). This allows you to extract even where there is no access to electricity. Warning: When operating on 12 V, use exclusively a car battery or original Lyson transformer. Common car chargers may damage the control unit.

Compatibility with Common Frame Sizes

The basket (cassettes) measuring 44 × 25 cm is designed for the most commonly used frame sizes in Czech practice. The extractor can easily handle these types of frames:

• 39 × 17 and 39 × 24

• Optimal 42 × 17

• Langstroth (heights 137–232 mm)

Cassette mounting with stainless steel bars gently supports the comb and reduces the risk of comb breakage – an advantage especially when extracting young combs or thicker honeys.

Automatic Cycles That Free Your Hands

While the extractor is spinning, you can focus on uncapping more frames. The control unit offers manual mode and fully automatic program. You can set the cycle time and smooth motor start according to the type of honey and comb condition. The cassettes are equipped with springs for return to the starting position and guides that help prevent jamming during the reversible cycle.

Safe Operation and Stainless Steel Construction

The extractor is manufactured in the EU (Lyson) and meets European requirements including CE certification. The drum and basket are made of acid-resistant stainless steel 0H18N9, which is suitable for food contact, does not change the taste or aroma of honey, and is easy to keep clean. The transparent metaplex lid allows you to monitor the extraction process without opening. When the lid is opened during operation, the safety lock immediately stops the motor. The package also includes PVC (SOFT) pads for vibration damping with unbalanced load.
