They're perfect for both hot and cold filling, easy to open, and can be resealed for repeated use—ideal for canning your garden produce, farmers’ market finds, or homemade jams, juices, compotes, pickles, and more. Our lids are versatile for storing not only canned goods but also nuts, legumes, and dried herbs. Suitable for both cold and hot canning of any food type—fats, non-fats, and high-protein contents. Depending on the specific type, they offer heat resistance of up to 105°C/60 min, with some lids safe for sterilizing at 121°C/60 min. All lids meet food-contact safety standards.
