Detailed Product Description

The frame is designed for the Langstroth hive system with a height of 159 mm (2/3) and is equipped with Hoffman (self-spacing) side bars, which are suitable for all Langstroth supers.

To reinforce the comb and securely attach the foundation, the frame is wired with stainless steel beekeeping wire with a thickness of 0.4 mm in horizontal configuration. After installing the foundation and embedding it into the wires, a solid support is created for straight comb construction, which makes it easier for bees to quickly build cells and better utilize the frame area.

The frames are made of quality wood with minimal knots. The bars have a width of 25 mm, the top bar has a thickness of 10 mm. Holes for horizontal wiring are pre-drilled, the frame comes from the factory wired with stainless steel wire and fitted with metal eyelets for higher durability.
