Honey Liquefying Belt for Gentle Warming of Crystallized Honey 230 V, 151 × 48 cm
Crystallization of honey is a natural process and often a sign of high-quality, genuine honey. However, many customers prefer honey in liquid form because it spreads more easily, is simpler to dispense, and looks more attractive in the jar. Every beekeeper knows that excessively high temperatures can irreversibly damage honey. This professional liquefying belt enables gentle, even, and convenient warming of crystallized honey without the unnecessary risk of overheating. The insulated heating jacket warms the container around its entire circumference, helps maintain a stable temperature, and protects the valuable substances, vitamins, and heat-sensitive enzymes contained in the honey.

Benefits for Everyday Beekeeping Practice
The liquefying belt significantly simplifies the preparation of honey for bottling and saves both time and physical effort. Thanks to the digital display and precise thermostat, you have full control over the entire heating process. Both the desired temperature and operating time can be set within a range of 1 to 24 hours, so there is no need to constantly monitor the honey. The belt operates independently and safely, while the insulating layer directs the heat into the container. This reduces heat loss to the surroundings, speeds up liquefaction, and at the same time saves electrical energy.
Easy Installation and Versatile Use
Handling the liquefying belt is quick and convenient. Simply wrap it around a bottling tank or honey storage container and secure it firmly using the robust adjustable hook-and-loop fastener. The 151 × 48 cm size is particularly suitable for standard stainless steel and plastic containers holding approximately 100 kg of honey, with an optimal diameter of around 43.5 cm. The maximum output of 400 W ensures a rapid warm-up to the set temperature, while during temperature maintenance the belt operates at an economical power consumption of 160 W. Honey can be gently warmed within a few hours and, after occasional stirring, conveniently bottled into jars.
Recommended Use and Maintenance
Place the honey container on a dry, clean, and level surface. Wrap the liquefying belt around its circumference and secure it with the hook-and-loop fastener. Then plug the device into a 230 V electrical outlet and use the digital controls to set the desired temperature and heating time. Once the honey begins to gradually melt, we recommend stirring it occasionally to distribute the heat evenly throughout the entire volume and speed up the liquefaction process. After heating is complete, unplug the belt from the mains and bottle the honey. For long service life, do not bend or fold the belt at sharp angles, as this could damage the internal resistance wire. When storing, loosely roll it up and keep it in a dry place.
