The premium range of our honey extractors. Mellarius MaxiLine honey extractor guarantees high quality and long lifespan. These extractors are made of thicker stainless steel sheets (0.8 to 1 mm) and are equipped with massive legs that increase the stability of the extractor. Each Mellarius extractor in MaxiLine version is equipped with a sloped bottom, thanks to which honey comfortably flows to the outlet valve. It is not necessary to tilt them or manipulate them further. A wide range of manual and electric extractors in tangential or radial variants.

Modern construction

Mellarius MaxiLine extractors have a modern construction, with removable legs. The drums of the extractor are made of food-grade stainless steel of sufficient thickness (0.8 to 1 mm), so that unwanted dents cannot easily occur. The entire construction of the extractors is manufactured using plasma welding. The design emphasizes smooth surfaces that are easy to clean.

The baskets of the extractors are made with a denser network of stainless steel wires, which distributes the force on the honeycomb during extraction over a larger area, preventing the wires from cutting into the comb. Circular rods resistant to twisting are used to make the baskets. Circular surfaces without sharp edges are also easier to clean.

The extractors are equipped with an innovative conical bottom, into which a welded stainless steel valve with a cutting closure is recessed at its lowest part. You can be sure that all honey will always flow out of the extractor completely without any residue.

The leg system is also innovative, positioned and attached to the extractor to achieve maximum stability. The legs are made of massive material and contribute to stability during extraction with their own weight. Thanks to a simple but solid connection, the legs can be easily removed, making the entire extractor much more compact for safe storage until the next use.

Easy disassembly

The drive system is always located in the upper part of the extractor, which provides the possibility of easy maintenance. Thanks to this solution, the basket of the extractor is freely placed on a ball bearing in the lower part. The drive is located on a mounting bar, which also has wide hinges for plexiglass covers. The mounting bar with the drive is sufficiently massive, again made of polished stainless steel material for easy maintenance. After removing the upper bar with the drive, which is attached by two star screws, the entire drive can be easily removed. You can also easily remove the entire basket from the extractor and clean the entire extractor and basket separately.

Proven manual drive with brake

Quality manual drive with a gearbox, thanks to which no great force is required when turning. The handle is made of tough, massive material that ensures strength and stability.

The force of the manual drive is transferred to the shaft of the extractor using a gear system with a worm thread, which acts as a brake when changing speed. So with a simple backward movement, you can slow down or completely stop the basket.

The drive is equipped with a freewheel, so there is no risk of the handle spinning when in use. If you release the handle, the worm gear is immediately released, and the handle stops rotating - always surely and without any delay.
