When extracting honey, not only speed but also safety matters. The extractor is equipped with a safety switch that immediately stops the basket when the lid is opened. The lid is made of high-quality 4mm Plexiglas, so you can monitor the extraction process at all times. Operation is managed by the HE-01V control unit – featuring 2 manual programs and 9 automatic cycles, allowing you to let the extractor run while you uncap the next combs. Another practical detail is the tapered drum bottom, which facilitates smooth honey flow directly toward the stainless steel honey gate and minimizes losses.
Stable Construction, Well-Thought-Out Details, and Easy Assembly
Operational stability is ensured by the clever motor mounting on the lower cross beam – even under full frame load, the extractor runs smoothly and steadily. The two-piece legs allow mounting at two heights, so you can easily set a practical working position: the bottom edge of the honey gate can be either 370 mm or 410 mm above the ground. This means most bottling tanks and strainers fit comfortably underneath the gate. The extractor is delivered disassembled in a cardboard box – for safer transport and storage. Assembly is intuitive and can be done without any special tools.
