This 6-cassette reversible honey extractor from the BASIC series is designed for fast and gentle honey extraction from Langstroth frames. Making Work Easier in Beekeeping Practice
When extracting honey, not only speed but also safety is important. The honey extractor is equipped with a safety lock that immediately stops the basket when the lid is opened. The lid is made of quality 4mm plexiglass, so you have the extraction process under constant control. The operation is controlled by the HE-01V unit – there are 2 manual programs and 9 automatic cycles available, thanks to which you can let the extractor work while you uncap more frames. A practical detail is also the tapered bottom of the drum, which helps the smooth flow of honey directly to the stainless steel valve and minimizes losses.
Stable Construction, Thoughtful Details and Simple Assembly
Stability during operation is ensured by the clever mounting of the motor on the lower cross beam – even when fully loaded with frames, the extractor runs smoothly and securely. The two-piece legs allow mounting at two heights, so you can easily set a practical working position: the lower edge of the discharge valve can be 370 mm or 410 mm above the ground. This comfortably accommodates most settling tanks and strainers under the valve. We supply the honey extractor disassembled in a cardboard box – for safer transport and storage. Assembly is intuitive and you can handle it without special tools.
