Electric Honey Liquefying Belt 100 W (for plastic containers)

Do you have crystallized honey that is difficult to extract into jars? Gentle liquefying is crucial when working in the honey house – you don't want to lose the aroma, taste, or valuable enzymes. The electric liquefying belt allows comfortable heating of honey directly in plastic containers, without water bath and without unnecessary transferring.

Gradual heating that protects honey quality

Crystallization is a natural manifestation of quality honey. But when you need to return honey to liquid state for extraction, it's important to heat it evenly and without overheating. The heating belt transfers heat around the container's perimeter gradually, so the honey dissolves slowly with minimal risk of local overheating. The result is honey that retains its natural properties.

What the belt will make easier for you in practice

Simple installation: Wrap the belt around a plastic bucket or extracting container and secure with velcro. Honey stays in one container – no extra handling.
Faster preparation for extraction: For a regular container with about 40 kg of honey, expect liquefying approximately overnight (about 10 hours at room temperature).
Economical operation: 100 W power consumption means low costs yet sufficient performance. After dissolving, you can extract honey directly from the container using the gate valve.

Use and maintenance

Place the container with honey in a dry, clean place and keep it closed. Wrap the liquefying belt firmly around the container and secure with velcro so it fits well around the entire perimeter. After plugging into the mains, the belt starts heating. For faster and more even liquefying, you can occasionally stir the honey after partial softening (e.g., with a stainless steel stirrer, paddle, or creaming device).

Important warning: Handle the belt carefully – do not fold it and do not bend sharply to avoid damaging the heating conductor. After use, store it loosely rolled.
