Frame drilling device with five drills
If you want to get rid of monotonous work with drilling frames, this is the right product for you. I designed this frame drill so that it's possible to drill an entire frame slat with a single movement.
Drilling Jig – Professional Beekeeping Frame Hole Puncher
Speed up frame preparation and eliminate tedious drilling
Drilling holes in beekeeping frames before wiring is one of those tasks that takes a great deal of time and requires precision. If you no longer want to painstakingly measure each side bar and drill hole after hole, this professional frame hole puncher will make your work significantly easier. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, you can drill an entire bar with one smooth hand movement. The jig is suitable for top bars, bottom bars, and side bars, helping you turn the time-consuming process of frame preparation into a quick, precise, and comfortable task.

High efficiency and adaptability to various frame sizes
The greatest advantage of this jig is the significant saving of time and physical effort. With proper adjustment, you can drill up to 450 frames per hour, completing pre-season bar preparation much faster than with manual drilling. The drill heads can be easily repositioned mechanically along the aluminium guide rail, allowing you to adjust their spacing to match the frame size you use. The hole puncher can therefore be used for standard Czech frames 39 × 24, Langstroth frames, Dadant frames, and other dimensions according to your needs.
Robust construction and choice of 12 V or 24 V power supply
The jig is designed for stable and precise work in a standard beekeeping workshop. The sliding table moves along a linear guide rail, which helps maintain straight and perpendicular drilling without unnecessary deviations. The sturdy construction stands on rubber non-slip feet that dampen vibrations and increase safety during use. The drill heads are powered by high-performance DC electric motors with chucks for clamping drill bits with a diameter of 1.5 to 2.0 mm. You can adjust the drilling speed according to the voltage used and the hardness of the wood. For standard work, a 12 V power supply is sufficient; for faster operation, 24 V can be used, allowing the motors to reach up to 10,000 RPM. A car battery, car battery charger, or rectified transformer can be used as a power source. A compatible 12/24 V switchable power supply is also available for purchase in our online shop.
Easy assembly and package contents
The frame hole puncher is delivered in a disassembled state to ensure the individual parts are well protected during transport. Assembly is straightforward and can be completed in a home workshop using common tools such as a Phillips screwdriver, Allen keys, and a hammer. The package includes an illustrated assembly manual that guides you through the process step by step. The delivery also includes a power cable with a convenient on/off switch. Please note: Drill bits are not included in the package. For proper drilling, we recommend choosing quality HSS drill bits matched to the diameter of the frame wire you use when wiring your frames.
