Economy honey heater Ø 30 cm
Honey Liquefying Coil – 30 cm diameter (75 W)
Honey crystallization is natural and often a welcome sign of a genuine product for beekeepers. In practice, however, there comes a time when you need to liquefy the honey again – for bottling into jars, mixing blends, or at the request of customers. The electric heating coil with a 30 cm diameter is designed for gentle heating of honey in larger and wider containers to minimize the risk of degradation from overheating.
Gentle Liquefying Without Unnecessary Overheating
When heating honey, it is crucial to keep the temperature under control – excessively high temperatures reduce enzyme content and can increase HMF. This coil has a power output of 75 W, which heats the honey gradually and evenly, without sudden temperature spikes. The result is gentler liquefying, in which the honey better retains its taste, aroma, and valuable biologically active substances.
Suitable for Wider Containers
The 30 cm diameter will be especially appreciated when working with wider bottling containers and drums, where smaller heating elements may not cover sufficient area. The immersion height of 62 cm allows reaching deep into the container and contributes to heating the honey throughout its entire volume, including the bottom layers.
Easy to Use and Clean
Operation is simple: insert the coil into crystallized honey and connect it to the electrical outlet (230 V). The honey will gradually begin to loosen and melt around the coil. For faster and more even liquefying, it is advisable to stir the honey occasionally during the process. After completion, let the coil drip and wash it in lukewarm water – the smooth surface facilitates maintenance.

Technical Specifications
| Parameter | Value |
| Voltage | 230 V |
| Power Input | 75 W (for gradual, gentle heating) |
| Coil Diameter | 30 cm |
| Immersion Height | 62 cm |
| Purpose | Liquefying honey in wider containers |
Note: Even with gentle heating, monitor the honey temperature – to preserve quality, it is recommended not to exceed 50 °C for extended periods. Thanks to the low power output of this coil, you have better control over the liquefying process.
