Effective Filtration Using Two Separate Sieves
The strainer uses two flat sieves placed one above the other, which clean the honey in stages. The upper coarse sieve with a 2 × 2 mm mesh catches larger pieces of wax and coarser impurities as the honey is drained. The lower fine sieve with a 1 × 1 mm mesh then filters out smaller particles that passed through the upper sieve. This two-stage system ensures even and efficient straining without the need to repeat the entire process.
