Tips for Proper Use
Before canning, always check that the jar neck is clean, dry, and undamaged. We recommend briefly warming the lids in hot water to approximately 60 °C so that the sealing compound softens and adheres better to the glass. After pasteurization and cooling, the center of the lid should be slightly concave, indicating that a proper vacuum has been created.
