Bee jacket with hood - S-XXL
Beekeeping Smock (Jacket) with Veil – "Astronaut" Type
Do you need certainty that your protective clothing won't let you down while working in the apiary, while still feeling comfortable? The beekeeping smock with "Astronaut" type veil is a practical choice for both beginner and experienced beekeepers. It protects the upper body from stings and helps you focus on hive inspections, making splits, and routine work at the hives without unnecessary stress.

Safety when working with bees and details that matter
The jacket is made from sturdy cotton fabric, which forms an effective mechanical barrier against stings while remaining breathable. To minimize the risk of bees entering the clothing, the sleeves are finished with elastic – you can easily tuck them into your gloves, creating a reliable seal in one of the most sensitive areas when handling frames.
To ensure the smock fits well even when lifting supers or working bent over, the lower edge is gathered with elastic and supplemented with a rubber patch at the waist, which helps keep the garment in place. Protective elements in the neck area contribute to higher safety in a spot where any gap is most unpleasant.
"Astronaut" Type Veil – Comfort and Excellent Visibility
The "Astronaut" veil is popular for its spaciousness – the mesh is positioned at a safe distance from the face, minimizing the possibility of stinger contact with the skin even during accidental touch, wind gusts, or when working in dense vegetation. The veil is connected to the smock with a zipper, which provides both good sealing against bee entry and the ability to completely detach the veil (for example, when washing the smock or during breaks).
Why beekeepers choose it
Quality protective clothing significantly increases peace of mind during work and reduces unnecessary agitation – both yours and the bees'. With this smock, you get reliable protection during routine inspections and when working with more defensive colonies.

Color notice: Deliveries may vary, but currently the smock is supplied in white (photos in the gallery may be illustrative). White is suitable for beekeeping – bees are usually less irritated by it than by dark shades.
Size and Parameter Table
Choose your size carefully. We recommend selecting a looser fit, as the smock is typically worn over a t-shirt or shirt. The jackets are suitable for body heights from 160 cm to 200 cm.
