When treating bee colonies with medications and working with chemical preparations, safety always comes first. Whether you are performing aerosol spraying, fumigation, or acid application (formic, oxalic), the Moldex 7002 half mask helps protect respiratory passages from harmful vapors and particles. Important notice – filter selection

Attention: the package includes only the half mask body (face piece). Filters are not included and must be selected and purchased separately according to specific use:

1. For aerosol spraying (oil mist): choose particle filters (class P3).
2. For working with acids (Formidol, formic/oxalic acid): use gas filters (e.g., ABEK1) for protection against organic vapors and acidic gases.

Construction and design

The Moldex 7002 half mask has an ergonomic shape in gray-blue design. The face piece is designed to follow facial contours well and ensure reliable seal (see usage guidelines below). The harness evenly distributes pressure, so the mask doesn't press on the nose or cheek area. The exhalation valve directs airflow downward, which helps reduce fogging of glasses during work.

Proper use guidelines

Before each use, check the cleanliness and integrity of the mask. For proper seal, it is necessary to be clean-shaven in the sealing area – beard or stubble can worsen the seal and significantly reduce (or completely eliminate) the protective effect. After work, clean the mask and store in a closed container away from direct sunlight.

Technical specifications table

Basic version is without filters and the half mask must be supplemented with appropriate filters.

Straps can be attached or released from the face piece - the mask can be worn during breaks hanging around the neck.
