Electric Reversible Stainless Steel Honey Extractor for 4 Frames 220 V – Automatic (Ø 800 mm)
Speed up honey extraction and give your bee colony gentle extraction. This fully automatic reversible stainless steel honey extractor is designed for 4 frames and is engineered to significantly ease your work in the apiary and honey house. The reversible system with bottom-mounted drive eliminates the need for manual frame rotation and shortens extraction time. Structurally, it combines the advantages of both radial and tangential principles, so it reliably extracts even thicker honey while helping to protect the comb from damage.
Stable Operation, Safe Use and Easy Honey Discharge
Robust construction with double bearing mounting (upper and lower basket part) ensures quiet and stable operation with minimal vibrations. The reinforced stainless steel drum with sloped bottom quickly drains honey to the stainless steel discharge valve (6/4"). Safety is ensured by two transparent plexiglass lids with a safety sensor – when opened, the extractor stops immediately. All parts in contact with honey are made of acid-resistant food-grade steel 0H18N9 with food contact certification.
Automatic HE-02N Control for Precise Extraction Settings
The extractor is equipped with an HE-02N control unit with smooth speed regulation and a total of 8 programs. Programs 1–2 are for manual mode, program 3 is the factory-set automatic program for standard extraction. Programs 4–8 allow you to create custom sequences according to honey type and comb condition. In each step, you can set time, speed, and rotation direction, giving you full control over the entire process.
Suitable for Common Frame Sizes in Practice
The stated basket (cage) dimension is 44 × 31 cm, however the internal space of the 80 cm diameter drum provides sufficient reserve. The basket width determines the maximum frame height, while free space remains around the baskets for safe operation. You can extract frames 39×17, 39×24, 39×27.5, and 39×30 without difficulty. The extractor is also compatible with Langstroth frames (137–285), Optimal (42×17 and 42×27.5), Dadant, Czechoslovak (37×30), and others. The stainless steel baskets connected by springs are designed not to catch and smoothly return to their starting position.
Warranty and Service Support
We provide a 2-year (24-month) warranty on the extractor. Warranty and post-warranty service and spare parts availability are standard. The device meets European CE certification requirements.
