The tanks are made of high-quality food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8 to 1 mm. Thanks to their sturdy construction, they withstand regular handling during honey harvesting and are not prone to accidental denting.

The individual parts of the tank are precisely joined using plasma welding. Emphasis is placed on smooth interior surfaces without unnecessary folds where honey residues or impurities could accumulate. The polished stainless steel significantly facilitates washing and maintenance, so the tank meets high hygiene requirements for working with food products. For convenient carrying, the tanks are fitted with sturdy stainless steel handles that make handling easier even when the tank is heavily filled.

The tanks can be complemented with stainless steel sieves that fit precisely in size and facilitate honey straining after extraction. They are available in three mesh grades: coarse, fine, and ultra-fine. The sieves can be combined as needed to create an effective multi-stage filtration system that helps capture wax particles and other small impurities without unnecessarily slowing down the work. The tank can also be equipped with a conical strainer and used as a fully functional settling tank. For convenient bottling into jars, robust stainless steel stands are available, providing sufficient space beneath the honey gate.
