We present you with a premium honey container with cascade strainer and cover. This advanced unit is designed to meet the needs of professional beekeepers and large honey producers who are looking for reliable and efficient solutions for their production processes. The container is made of high-quality stainless acid-resistant steel grade 1.4301 (AISI 304). Polished surfaces are chosen, which are easier to clean and maintain. The above-standard sheet thickness of 1 mm ensures robustness and reliability in daily use.

Cascade Impurity Separation

Thanks to the sophisticated design, which includes five sequential strainers with different mesh sizes, thorough honey straining can be achieved. At the same time, we can work very efficiently because the strainers, due to their gradual permeability, clog less.

Temperature Regulation

The container is equipped with a double wall, in which a heating element is installed, allowing you to heat the honey to the required temperature. The device is equipped with a regulator that can precisely control the temperature in the range from 30°C to 100°C. The total power of the device is 1500W, powered by a standard 230V outlet. The heating plates are distributed in the sides and bottom of the container.

Unique Design

The latest container design increases versatility of use. The container is divided into four equal sections, between which you can arrange strainers according to your needs (standardly supplied with three coarse and two fine strainers). The lid is practically divided in a ratio of 3/4 and 1/4, so you can variably cover the entire container or uncover only the section into which you will pour honey. The package also includes practical wheels that can be easily attached to the bottom of the container for easier handling. The outlet is secured through a 6/4 ball valve.

The overall size of the device is 1120 mm (length) x 520 mm (width) x 360 mm (height). The usable internal capacity is 1000 mm (length) x 400 mm (width) x 300 mm (depth).

The weight of the device is 55 kg, easy handling is ensured by additional wheels.
