Fully screened varroa bottom board - Czechoslovak style

The bottom board offers a combination of practicality and simplicity. Massive wooden construction with galvanized mesh at the bottom. According to the chosen variant, the varroa bottom board can be equipped with a PVC drawer (PVC thickness is 3 mm) for monitoring varroa mite drop. The drawer serves as a natural monitoring system for debris drop. The bottom board can be closed on both sides, the rear part is equipped with a screened opening designed for aerosol treatment. The bottom board also includes a double-sided entrance reducer that can be used to narrow or widen the entrance. Weight: 4.5 kg.

Final TIP:

We recommend securing the entrance reducer slat with one or two spacers. Just hammer in the spacer so that the entrance reducer doesn't fall out.
